Fleece jacket that provides warmth and comfort in cold work environments. The jacket is made of soft and warming fleece fabric with a brushed inside for extra comfort and insulation. In addition, 37.5® Technology fabric provides cooling comfort in warmer environments. The elastics at sleeve hems and bottom hem ensure a comfortable fit while dropped back hem and raised collar provide additional comfort and protection in cold conditions. The jacket can be worn both as a mid-layer and an outer layer depending on the temperature.
